Making the flavours...

We make up all our flavours in our little ice cream factory, which is hidden away, behind the shop, where all the magic happens. 

As you can imagine Bill and the team are very precious about the flavours so we have to keep it secret. It's not the most glamorous of places but you can imagine the fun we have testing the ice cream flavours. We have to figure out whether the Vanilla is smooth and creamy enough or the Christmas pudding reminds us of opening presents and watching a Christmas film in front of a cosy fire. 

It's harder than you think and in all seriousness it has to be perfect. We put our heart and soul into getting the flavour and texture just right. We've been doing it for 75 years now so we reckon we know what's best.
